Letter of goodstanding
Letter of good standing is a certificate issued by Compensation Commissioner to verify that a corporation actually exists, has paid all its statutory dues, has met all filing requirements and, therefore, is authorized to transact business .

Share Certificate
The share certificate basically acts as a receipt for purchase and ownership of shares in the company. The document certifies registered ownership of shares from a particular date.
VAT registration
Any person that carries on a business may register for VAT.
